1. How does it work?

Simple, after you sign up for our program, you choose your own ID. You then download our banner, upload the banner on your server and link it. This will allow iBill to track the user and credits you with a sale if they become a member of our site.

2. How you will link to us?

3. Will I receive free access password to your members only area?

No. All the information you need as an Affiliate Partner is here.

4. How will your system understand I'm sending the customer?

When a customer clicks our banner, we place a session cookie to his browser, this cookie is not stored on the computer. He is then forwarded to our homepage, while your referral ID is transferred to iBill.com's billing system. iBill can see who sent the member, and calculates your commission. If a customer leaves the site but returns within 24 hours, you still receive credit for the sale. Cookies expire after 24 hours.

5. How will I receive pay-out checks?

The payout dates for RevSharers are the 8th and the 22nd of each month. Payout on the 8th is for the 1st through the 15th of the previous month and the payout on the 22nd covers the 16th through the end of the previous month. All payouts are through iBill.

6. Are all membership packages included in the program?

Only credit card customers will earn you commission, 900 lines are not technically compatible with referral system. Customers must also use iBill as their primary processor. PayPal payments cannot be tracked through iBill. 90% of our customers sign up using iBill.

7. Who do I contact about problems?

You may contact us directly at Customer Service for login problems. Most payout questions will need to go to iBill at Client Services.

8. Where do I go to view my stats?

Your stats are located on iBill's CMI located at https://cmi.iBill.com/

9. How can I find out how to use iBill's CMI?

There is a workbook you can download from iBill's RevShare section on their website.

10. Who do I contact if I have forgotten my CMI login and password?

Your login is your RevSharer ID. If you cannot remember your username and password you must contact our Customer Service representative. iBill is not provided with the information on your particular account.
